Preparation and aging

Mantel Blanco Verdejo 2022 is a single-varietal Verdejo grape. The vineyards are located on soils with good drainage and clay subsoil. The climate that characterizes this area is extreme, so the temperature changes between day and night give rise to a fruit with a good balance between sugar and acidity.

Maceration is carried out before pressing the grapes for several hours, and after pressing the alcoholic fermentation takes place, which takes place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 17ºC.
