Malleolus de Valderramiro 2019

Malleolus de Valderramiro 2019 is a single-varietal Tinto Fino that is made with grapes from a vineyard with almost century-old vines.

Emilio Moro is the story of a family dedicated to wine for more than half a century that continues to produce in a traditional way, taking advantage of the knowledge inherited from generation to generation since its foundation more than 70 years ago.

Preparation and aging

Malleolus de Valderramiro 2019 goes through a 26-day maceration process in 3,000 kg tanks. It undergoes malolactic fermentation in American oak barrels.

Aging is extended for 18 months in new French oak barrels.

• View: Malleolus de Valderramiro has a very intense, ripe cherry red color.
• Nose: On the nose it is an intense wine. Prominence for black fruits. Blackberry, currant. Certain floral notes along with a marked minerality and toasted memories of the barrel.
• Palate: On the palate it is a sweet, silky, balanced wine. Wonderful, highly polished tannins, of great quality. Long and persistent.
