Virgin Malaga

Málaga Virgen is a sweet wine made with 100% Pedro Ximénez grapes from the DO Málaga, produced by the Málaga Virgen winery.

The Málaga Virgen Winery dates back to 1885 and its new facilities were built in 2005, on the basis of a century-old farmhouse that now houses the fermentation tanks.

Preparation and aging

Málaga Virgen is a noble sweet liqueur wine made with Pedro Ximénez grapes, which come from their own harvest on the Vista Hermosa estate.

Its production involves wines from sunny grapes, natural sweets and old Oloroso grapes. It is aged for 24 months in American oak casks.
