Magnum Ruinart Rosé is made from the Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grape varieties. The Chardonnay grape is the soul of this sparkling wine, grown in Côte des Blancs, one of the best production areas of this grape in the world.

Preparation and aging

Magnum Ruinart Rosé is made using the grape varieties % Pinot Noir and 45% Chardonnay. This wine is made with hand-picked and selected grapes. Fermentation at regulated temperature in stainless steel tanks. In the case of Pinot Noir wine, a short maceration is carried out with a light extraction of the color. Complete malolactic fermentation.
