Matarromera Reserva is a red wine made with 100% Tempranillo grapes. It has a fermentation process in stainless steel tanks for 10-14 days and aging lasts 18 months in American and French oak barrels. This wine is intense red in color, with aromas of black and red fruits with spicy notes of vanilla and wood and a long and persistent flavor with sweet tannins. Matarromera Reserva is perfect to accompany pâtés, red meats, roasts and game dishes.
