Bodega Luis Cañas is a family winery, which has been dedicated to viticulture and the production of Crianza and Reserva red wines, and white wines in La Rioja for more than two centuries.

Preparation and aging

Magnum Luis Cañas Crianza 2020 is made from the Tempranillo variety (95%) and a little Grenache (5%) that gives it a slightly more fruity character. The grapes used for Luis Cañas Crianza come from vineyards that are on average 30 years old. After being harvested, it ferments at a controlled temperature of 26º for 20 days. Luis Cañas Crianza ages for 12 months in French (70%) and American (30%) oak barrels and finally rests for another 9 months in the bottle.
