Magnum Louis Roederer Cristal is produced only during the “great years”, when the maturity of the Chardonnay (around 40%) and the Pinot noir (around 60%) that make it up is perfect.

Louis Roederer is one of the last great houses of Champagne and one of the oldest. It was founded in 1776 and from then until today it has been run by the same family.

Preparation and aging

Magnum Louis Roederer Cristal is a champagne that Louis Roderer makes only in great years. Those years in which the grapes are excellent, with perfect ripening. Louis Roderer Cristal is a blend of the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir varieties, vinified in oak barrels with weekly barreling and with 5 years of maturation in the cellar.

Once disgorged, it rests for 8 more months before going on the market.
