Elaboration

Luis Cañas Joven 2023 is made from Tempranillo grapes, harvested manually, which are selected from vines with an average age of 20 years, which have grown on poor soils with high clay and lime content. Its fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature, following one of the traditional methods, that is, carbonic maceration, typical in the DO Rioja.
