Luberri Biga Crianza 2021 is a modern-design Crianza, made with Tempranillo. A friendly wine with personality, combining fresh red fruit with the tastes of aging, vanilla and wood.

Preparation and aging

Luberri Biga Crianza 2021 is a single-varietal Tempranillo (100%). The harvest is carried out according to the state of ripeness of the grapes, looking for the precise moment. As for the preparation, it is carried out following the traditional method. The process begins with a carbonic maceration in which the bunches are placed whole in the tanks.

After this maceration, the must goes through an intracellular fermentation that enhances the aromatic intensity of the variety and, subsequently, it is aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels.

• View: Luberri Biga Crianza has a medium-layered cherry color, which responds to a modern-design Crianza, with a predominance of fruit to which noble wood provides nuances of complexity.
• Nose: On the nose we find delicate aromas: fresh and clean fruit, with tones of leather, spices and fine woods.
• Mouth: The palate is light, friendly, highlighting a touch of freshness.

Pairing

Luberri Biga Crianza is ideal to accompany white and red meats, roast lamb, pork or beef, poultry, stewed meats, rice, legumes and cured cheeses.

It is advisable to consume this red wine at a temperature of between 16-18ºC.
