Distillery

The distillery is made up of an alcohol purification plant in which it has rectification towers more than 30 meters high, two century-old high-capacity copper stills made by master John Dore. These stills are used for the distillation of seeds and water treatment. The material is sent to the processing plant, where it is dedicated to bottling with a capacity of up to 18,000 bottles/hour.

On the other hand, they have a laboratory in charge of controlling quality and technological development to achieve new aromas, colors and flavors.
