Leonor Palo Cortado

Leonor Palo Cortado is a dry sherry wine aged for at least 12 years in oak casks.

It is the elegance of Palo Cortado at its finest. Complex and powerful, its hints of nuts, vanilla and noble woods give it a refined character. Slightly cold, it perfectly accompanies red meat and game dishes.

Leonor Palo Cortado is a white wine, with Designation of Origin Jerez-Xérès-Sherry, produced by the González Byass winery. It is a wine produced from 100% Palomino Fino grapes.

Elaboration

Its production begins with fermentation, to move to the Leonor solera, where it ages for 12 years in American oak barrels. Aging is carried out in contact with air, which is why it undergoes complete oxidation.
