Preparation and aging

Lavia + 2016 is a 100% organic Monastrell wine, from a selection of 41-year-old vineyards located at a high altitude. Totally destemmed and crushed. Gravity tank filling.

It has a maceration process of 18 days and then fermentation in wooden vats.
