El Regajal is a 400-hectare farm located in Aranjuez. It is known by all entomologists in the world, since up to a third of the butterflies censused in the Iberian Peninsula can be found there.

Preparation and aging

Las Retamas de el Regajal 2021 is made with grapes, each variety vinified separately in small stainless steel tanks until final assembly. Then it remains for 10 months in French oak barrels. For bottling it is not filtered or chilled.
