The Moradas of San Martín La Sabina 2015

Las Moradas de San Martín La Sabina 2015 seems to us to be a wine that perfectly shows the aromas of the mountain and the land.

The winery was founded in 1999, on the Madrid slope of the Sierra de Gredos, to recover the centuries-old Garnacha vineyards that have been cultivated since the 12th century in the municipality of San Martín de Valdeiglesias.

Preparation and aging

Las Moradas de San Martín La Sabina 2015 is made with a grape that goes through a double selection in the field and in the winery, before being destemmed. Fermentation is carried out with its native yeasts. It is aged for 14 months in French oak barrels, both new and used for different uses. After aging, it remains for another month in a stainless steel tank before being bottled.

This wine is not subjected to any filtering or clarifying process, nor is it sulphated.
