Lalama 2020

Lalama 2020 is a wine very much from its land, spicy, fruity and mineral.

Very interesting. The Dominio do Bibei Winery owes its name to the river of the same name and is located in Manzaneda, within the Ribeira Sacra DO, producing wines very attached to the terroir from which they come and of inestimable quality.

PREPARATION AND AGEING

Lalama 2020, made with the Mencia and Brancellao varieties harvested manually, has fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, to subsequently be aged in French oak barrels for various uses, for 13 months. It has remained in the bottle for 16 months.

• View: Lalama 2020 shows us an intense cherry red color.
• Nose: The nose shows abundant red and black fruits, strawberries, currants and blueberries, which are interspersed with field flowers.
• Palate: Very fruity and spicy, tasty and with a complete and elegant finish.
