Lagar de Cervera 2022 is a single-varietal Albariño grape with a Rias Baixas designation of origin.

Lagar de Cervera was founded in 1988 and has a total of 75 hectares of vineyards.

Preparation and aging

Lagar de Cervera 2022 is a single-varietal Albariño grape. The harvest is done manually and in 20 kilogram boxes. It has a maceration process of 10 hours. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at 15ºC. Subsequently, the wine is kept in contact with its lees for some time.
