La Vendimia 2021

La Vendimia 2021 is a red wine made by Bodegas Palacios Remondo in the DO Rioja. Very elegant and expressive.

Bodegas Palacios Remondo was founded by José Palacios Remondo in 1945 and is located in Alfaro (La Rioja) and registered in the Rioja Qualified Denomination of Origin to produce quality red wines.

Preparation and aging

La Vendimia 2020 is a blend of the Tempranillo and Garnacha Tinta varieties. For its production, the grapes are destemmed and partial carbonic maceration is applied, then the must ferments for 20 days in stainless steel tanks with periodic pumping over. Once the fermentation is completed Palacios Remondo La Vendimia is aged for 5 months in wooden vats and French oak barrels.

• View: La Vendimia has a cherry color, violet edge.
• Nose: Wild red fruit with a toasted background. More compote fruit, exotic spices, roasted nuances, undergrowth and a fresh minerality.
• Mouth: Tasty, friendly entry, with ripe fruit with a fleshy sensation.
