José Pariente Verdejo was born in the 1960s, when José Pariente began the production of artisanal white wines in Rueda, he believed in his land and that was his desire. His daughter Victoria Pariente continues with that same passion today.

Preparation and aging

José Pariente Verdejo 2023 is 100% Verdejo single varietal. First, a cold maceration was carried out between 8 and 12 hours. After pneumatic pressing, alcoholic fermentation took place at low temperature in stainless steel tanks; The wine remained on its fine lees until the moment of clarification.

It was subsequently subjected to cold treatment and filtration, and was bottled in February 2014.

• View: José Pariente Verdejo has a bright straw yellow color, with greenish reflections.
• Nose: The aroma, of great intensity, is elegant, fresh and complex. It shows a marked fruity tone, which covers the range of white fruits (pear, peach), citrus and passion fruit. Aromas of fennel, scrubland and an aniseed, balsamic background are appreciated.
• Mouth: Notes of fresh fruit appear again on the palate. Unctuous, sweet and elegant with a soft touch of final bitterness.
