Honoro Vera Rioja 2022

Honoro Vera Rioja 2022 is the first vintage of Rosario Vera in Rioja, from the Juan Gil Group, a young Tempranillo, with a part of the blend slightly aged in barrels to gain complexity.

This project is made up of several plots in Rioja Alta and Rioja Alavesa, where its facilities have been built.

Preparation and aging

Honoro Vera Rioja 2022 is made with the Tempranillo grape variety from vines between 15 and 60 years old. Fermentation lasts 15 days and occurs in stainless steel tanks. The aging, which is only 10%, occurs in French oak barrels.
