The Earth Speaks 2021

Habla La Tierra 2021 , made with Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon, we liked it for its freshness and fruitiness, an ideal wine at any time.

Modern Winery in Trujillo, Extremadura, with 200 hectares of difficult, slate and infertile land, with little production, but at the same time bringing out the best of each strain.

Preparation and aging

Speaks the Earth 2021 is a blend of Tempranillo and Cabernet Franc varieties. The harvest is manual and the viticulture is carried out organically, since neither herbicides nor pesticides are used. The bunches are selected, and up to a quarter of the harvest is considered unsuitable. Each plot is vinified separately and the entire fermentation process of Habla de la Tierra is carried out in stainless steel tanks of maximum 5,000. During this process, the must is in permanent contact with the skins.

Finally, before being bottled and put on the market, Habla de la Tierra ages for four months in French oak barrels.

• View: Speaks the Earth has an intense garnet and cherry color with a violet rim, bright, clean and dense tears.
• Nose: Bold and different nose. The touches of tomato leaf, anise and chamomile flower evoke the land where its grapes ripen.
• Mouth: Fresh and slightly fruity. Easy to drink.
