Habla Del Silencio 2022 is a red wine from the land of Extremadura made with the Syrah (50%), Cabernet Sauvignon (30%) and Tempranillo (20%) grape varieties.

Preparation and aging

Habla Del Silencio 2021 is a blend of 50% Syrah, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Tempranillo varieties. Regarding aging, Habla del Silencio remains for 6 months in French oak barrels.

• View: Habla Del Silencio has a cherry color with purple trim. High, shiny layer. Abundant fine tears.
• Nose: Of medium intensity, initially somewhat closed. As it oxygenates in the glass, it emanates aromas of red fruit mixed and balanced with balsamic, mineral nuances and spicy, lactic and slightly toasted notes.
• Mouth: The palate is fresh and sweet. It has a gentle palate, good acidity and sweet tannins, leaving a very pleasant, fruity and sweet sensation. Medium finish with slight bitter notes and more than correct persistence.

Habla Del Silencio is ideal to accompany stews, rice with meat, roast lamb, grilled red meats, stews, roasts, game, duck, semi-cured cheeses and tempura.
