Gin G'Vine Floraison

Gin G'Vine Floraison is an ultra-premium gin, of French origin, obtained with Ugni Blanc grape alcohol from the French Cognac region and individually distilled botanicals.

G'Vine gins are characterized by being made based on wine alcohol from the Ugni Blanc grape, traditionally used for the production of cognac.

Elaboration

Gin G'Vine Floraison is obtained with Ugni Blanc de Cognac grape alcohol, which is distilled with vine flowers and to which individually distilled botanicals are added. The botanicals used are juniper, orange, lime, coriander, licorice, green cardamom, cassia, nutmeg and cubeba. It is distilled in column stills.

Its production process begins in September where the grapes are harvested and turned into wine, to be distilled. The flower obtained from the vines themselves is macerated in neutral alcohol to obtain the floral essence, then the infusion is carried out by distillation of the 9 previously macerated botanical ingredients that fill this gin with aromas.

The last phase of production includes the mixture in exact proportions of all the previous ingredients, all of which is distilled in a copper still, finally giving rise to G' Vine Floraison.
