Elaboration

Gin Bombay Original is composed of the following botanicals: juniper berries, angelica root, almonds, licorice, cassis, Moroccan coriander seeds, lemon peel and iris root. Bombay Original remains faithful to the 1761 recipe, one of its most notable characteristics being its traditional “single-fold” process, which does not add any type of concentrate or additive after distillation.

The result of the distillate goes directly to the bottle, where it is only mixed with the purest water to reduce the alcohol content. Furthermore, this genuine production process is still carried out in the original copper still, which dates back to 1831.
