Elaboration

Beefeater Gin is made using neutral grain alcohol, in which the botanical ingredients that give it its flavor and aroma are macerated for 24 hours. After this process, the mixture is distilled for 7 hours. The gin is composed of the following botanicals: juniper berries, bitter orange and lemon peel, almonds, orris root, coriander seeds, angelica root and seeds, and licorice.
