Garmon 2019

Garmón 2019 is a full-bodied wine, but one that does not seek excessive maturity.

Bodegas Garmón Continental belongs to the García Family (Bodegas Mauro in Tudela de Duero, and San Román in Toro). The winery is in Olivares, on the banks of the Duero River.

Preparation and aging

Garmón 2019 is the first vintage of a new red wine made under the Ribera del Duero Designation of Origin, by Bodegas Garmón continental, a new project of the García family (Bodegas Mauro). The grapes used to make Garmón come from vineyards that are between 30 and 100 years old located in the towns of La Aguilera, Moradillo and Baños, with predominantly clayey-calcareous and sandy-clayey soils. The vineyards are at an average altitude of 900 meters.

Aged in French oak barrels for 16 months.
