Preparation and aging

Enrique Mendoza Chardonnay Fermented in Barrel 2022 is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes. The grape selected to make Enrique Mendoza Chardonnay aged white wine undergoes cold maceration for three hours. Fermentation and subsequent aging on lees, for a period of 6 months, takes place in new French oak barrels.
