Enrique Mendoza Chardonnay 2022 presents us with tropical fruit such as pineapple and banana and is persistent, ripe and with good balance.

Enrique Mendoza began producing wine for family consumption at the end of the 70s, currently having two wineries, one for production in Villena and another for aging and bottling his wines for the whole world in Alfaz del Pi.

Preparation and aging

Enrique Mendoza Chardonnay 2022 is a white wine from the DO Alicante made with Chardonnay grapes from the winery's own vineyards located in Cabezo de la Virgen de Villena. Once the harvest is done, the grapes go through a maceration process that lasts 3 hours and then they are fermented at a temperature of 13º.

The wine finally remains with its own yeasts and lees until bottling.
