Enate Rosado 2023

Enate Rosado 2022 is a wine with a white soul and a red body that has been designed to play and win, according to the producer's own impressions.

Founded in 1991, Enate bases its philosophy on three basic pillars: the production of quality wines, respect for the environment and an important connection with contemporary art.

Preparation and aging

Enate Rosado 2022 has been made with grapes harvested in perfect health and optimal ripeness, which remain in maceration with the skins until the pink must bleeds. Once the solid waste has been eliminated by static settling at 8ºC, the clean must begins to ferment under the action of selected yeasts of the genus Saccharomyces cerevisiae in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16ºC.

After fermentation, the wine is clarified with bentonite and stabilized at -5ºC to eliminate excess potassium bitartrate.

• Nose: Intense nose, very fruity, where aromas of red fruits stand out (blueberry, raspberry, cherry...).

Enate Rosado is ideal to accompany pasta, rice, poultry in currant sauce and souffles.

It is recommended to consume at a temperature of about 10ºC.
