Enate Merlot Merlot 2019 is a red wine with the Somontano Designation of Origin, produced by the Enate winery, located in Salas Bajas (Huesca). It is a single-varietal Merlot wine.

Elaboration

The Enate Merlot Merlot 2019 underwent fermentation at 28ºC. Maceration with the skins lasted for a month. In addition, malolactic fermentation took place in new French oak barrels, with subsequent aging for 13 months and stabilization in tank until bottling.

• Nose : Wide and complex aromatic range in which we find a perfect combination between the memories of red fruits, the balsamic and spicy notes - eucalyptus, clove - along with the nuances of cocoa provided by the barrel.
• Mouth : Broad, meaty flavor and is covered by sweet tannins of impeccable quality. The finish is very persistent, with hints of leather.
