Preparation and aging

Enate Gewürztraminer 2021 is a 100% Gewürztraminer single varietal. Manual harvest. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts and controlled temperature, 15°C.

Before bottling the wine is clarified, stabilized and filtered.
