El Regajal Special Selection 2021

The Regajal Selección Especial 2021 is one of the most valued wines from the Community of Madrid.

El Regajal is a 400 hectare farm located in Aranjuez. It is known by all entomologists in the world, since up to a third of the butterflies censused in the Iberian Peninsula can be found there.

Preparation and aging

The Regajal Selección Especial 2021 is made with grapes grown in different plots of the estate. The grapes come from young vineyards, cultivated with an organic system.

The grapes are destemmed but not pressed. Subsequently, maceration is carried out with the skins. Once macerated, each variety ferments separately. Finally, once the blend has been made, El Regajal rests for 13 months in French oak barrels. Bottling is done without filtering.
