El Perro Verde 2023

El Perro Verde 2023 is the Rueda white from Ángel Lorenzo Cachazo, one of the most traditional producers in Rueda.

It is a classic Rueda, with balsamic and tropical aromas typical of the Verdejo grape. Made by Bodegas Ángel Lorenzo Cachazo.

Preparation and aging

El Perro Verde 2021 is a single-varietal Verdejo grape, from vineyards located in the province of Valladolid. The harvest is carried out in September and manually.

Maceration occurs for 12 hours at a temperature of 10ºC. The subsequent fermentation takes place at 18ºC in stainless steel tanks.

• View: The Green Dog is yellow with greenish touches.
• Nose: Fruity aromas with floral and citrus touches.
• Mouth: Bitter flavor and intense finish, with floral and herbaceous notes.

Pairing

The Green Dog is ideal to accompany white fish, grilled seafood, appetizers and fish rice.
