The Green Dog 2021

El Perro Verde 2021 is the Rueda white from Ángel Lorenzo Cachazo, one of the most traditional producers in Rueda.

It is a classic Rueda, with balsamic and tropical aromas typical of the Verdejo grape. Made by Bodegas Ángel Lorenzo Cachazo.

Preparation and aging

El Perro Verde 2021 is a single-varietal Verdejo grape, from vineyards located in the province of Valladolid. The harvest is carried out in September and manually.

Maceration occurs for 12 hours at a temperature of 10ºC. The subsequent fermentation takes place at 18ºC in stainless steel tanks.
