Dominio del Bendito Las Sabias 2019 is a red wine with the Toro Designation of Origin, produced by the Dominio del Bendito Winery.

Las Sabias is made with fine ink, it stands out thanks to the qualities of the land where it is grown. The alcohol content is high, however, it maintains a slight fresh touch.

Elaboration

Dominio del Bendito Las Sabias 2019 is made from Tinta de Toro from manually selected strains, over 45 years old. Vinification occurs in concrete tanks with Epoxy resin and aged for 16 months on the lees, exclusively in French oak barrels. Filtration is at low pressure and bottling is done in a single batch.

Its production process, which combines new technologies with the winery's traditional way of making wine, results in a wine with a marked character and intense fruit load.
