Dominio de Tares Cepas Viejas 2019 is a single varietal that reflects all the elegance and subtlety of the Mencía variety.

Located in Bierzo Alto, in the town of San Román de Bembibre, the Dominio de Tares winery has quickly become one of the references of the DO Bierzo.

Preparation and aging

Dominio de Tares Cepas Viejas 2019 is made with grapes harvested by hand cluster by cluster in 15 kilogram boxes. After destemming and crushing, the alcoholic fermentation process is carried out under controlled temperature (maximum 30ºC) in stainless steel tanks for approximately 15 days.

Malolactic fermentation takes place 100% in American barrels.
