Fontana Dominion 2020

Dominio de Fontana 2020 is a red wine from Bodegas Fontana protected under the Uclés Designation of Origin.

Bodegas Fontana is located in La Fuente de Pedro Naharro (Cuenca) where it produces red, white and rosé wines protected by the Denomination of Origin La Mancha, Denomination of Origin Uclés and Vino de la Tierra de Castilla.

Preparation and aging

Dominio de Fontana 2020 is made with Tempranillo 70% and Cabernet Sauvignon 30% grape varieties. Manual collection with selection in the field. Total destemming and partial crushing. Maceration with traditional pumping over system for 20 days.

It is aged in French and American oak barrels for 12 months.
