Founded in 1999 and consolidating since then as one of the most prestigious wineries in Montsant, Venus La Universal is the project of Sara Pérez (Mas Martinet) and René Barbier (Clos Mogador).

Preparation and aging

Dido La Universal 2022 is always worked with whole grape grains, carrying out short macerations. 60% of the wine is aged for 16 months in French oak barrels and small clay amphorae and the remaining 40% in concrete tanks to highlight the fruit.
