Beech Reserve Viñas del Cierzo 2015

Coto de Hayas Viñas del Cierzo 2015 is a red wine made with the Garnacha, Shyra and Mazuelo varieties.

Bodegas Aragonesas created the Coto de Hayas brand for the highest quality wines of each harvest.

Preparation and aging

Coto de Hayas Viñas del Cierzo 2015 is made with Garnacha (86%), Syrah (10%) and Mazuela (4%) grape varieties. Fermentation takes place at a temperature of between 28-30ºC. Maceration takes place for 14 days with its skins.

The wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, and finally, before being marketed, it spends some time aging in the bottle.
