Preparation and aging

Coto De Hayas Garnacha Centenaria 2022 is a 100% Garnacha single-varietal. The harvest is carried out with a traditional method. Cold maceration for 24 hours to obtain fresher fruit. Fermenting at 26º C with temperature control. Maceration is carried out over ten days and, once the desired parameters are obtained, bleeding and pressing are carried out.

Aged in French oak barrels for four months during which malolactic fermentation occurs.
