Dom Ruinart is made with Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir grape varieties.

Preparation and aging

Dom Ruinart is a champagne of the highest quality. Ruinart champagnes are essentially made up of Chardonnay vines that grow in the Côte de Blancs and Montaigne de Reims: Avize, Le Mesnil, Sillery and other areas unanimously considered sanctuaries of this variety.

Vinification according to the traditional Champenoise method, with 25% reserve wines.
