Celeste Roble 2022 is a red wine from the Ribera del Duero DO made by Torres from the Tinto Fino (Tempranillo) variety.

Torres is a family business with several generations dedicated to the production of wine and brandy in Penedés. This winery currently has great international prestige and exports to more than 140 countries around the world.

Preparation and aging

Celeste Roble 2022 is a single-varietal Tinto Fino. The grapes used by Celeste Roble grow in vineyards located at 900 meters above sea level, in the town of Peñafiel. Maceration lasts a total of 20 days with its skins, fermentation in stainless steel tanks lasts a week and is carried out at a controlled temperature. Finally, the aging lasts a total of 3 months in barrels.

It is recommended to serve at a temperature of between 16-18ºC.
