Preparation and aging

Raventós i Blanc Gran Reserva De la Finca is made with grapes pressed slowly at low pressures. Subsequently, static settling at low temperatures is carried out. The first fermentation is in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Once the assembly is completed, the wine goes through a second fermentation in the bottle for a minimum of 3 years in the rhyme position.
