Cava Juvé and Camps Brut Rosé

Juvé y Camps Brut Rosé is made with the Pinot Noir grape variety. It is a young, fresh and lively cava.

Juvé y Camps is synonymous with four generations of a family dedicated, body and soul, to viticulture, dedicated to the production of great cavas and wines.

Preparation and aging

Juvé and Camps Brut Rosé has been made from the flower must, with a light maceration of the 100% Pinot Noir grapes, from the vineyard grown on the Feixa 1 estate, on their property in Espiells.

The aging took place for a minimum of 12 months in rhyme in the cellars.

Tasting Note of Juvé and Camps Brut Rosé

• View: Juvé and Camps Brut Rosé has a strawberry pink color with a persistent cord of fine carbon dioxide to form an effervescent white crown that contrasts with the pink background.
• Nose: With a fresh and suggestive aromatic expression, sensations of very sweet ripe red fruit, notes of cherry and sour strawberry accompanied by somewhat sweet tones, toasted memories with yeast and delicate purple flowers.
• Mouth: In the mouth, its freshness and soft creaminess that is felt when the fine carbon melts on the palate, multiplying the aromatic sensations previously perceived along with slight herbaceous tones, stand out; long course with good acidity; good finish, fresh and silky, with good bitter notes.

Juvé and Camps Brut Rosé combines very well with all kinds of dishes.

It is recommended to serve at a temperature of 7ºC.
