Description

Conde de Haro Brut Rosé is the most daring and recent bet by Bodegas Muga in Rioja. Made with Garnacha grapes.

Elaboration

Conde de Haro Brut Rosé is made by direct pressing, fermentation in 1,000 liter tanks at 14º.

It is then aged for 4 months on its own lees, before being tapped. The second fermentation takes place at 12º for 4 months and remains in rhyme for at least 14 months, always stored at a low temperature.

Tasting Note of Conde de Haro Brut Rosé

  • View: Conde de Haro Brut Rosé is a very soft and bright salmon color due to the Grenache variety. Due to its slow fermentation, this cava shows us a very fine, persistent and elegant bubble that denotes careful preparation.
  • Nose: The aromatic complexity of this cava is surprising in which we find at the same time aromas of tropical fruits, citrus that provide freshness, youth and at the same time we find more mature fruits such as peach or quince.
  • Palate: It has a slightly sweet attack, transitioning to fresh acidity. The pleasant sensation of its entry into the mouth is surprising, in which the fineness of its bubbles does not prevent us from appreciating the elegance and complexity that the work of the lees has done in its aging.
