Preparation and aging

Codorníu 1551 Pack 3 bottles 20cl. It is a cava made through a quick and gentle first extraction of 60% of the must. Subsequently, the must is filtered and fermented between 15-18 ºC.

Finally, it ferments and ages in the bottle in contact with the yeasts, between 12 and 15ºC (cellar temperature) until the moment of disgorging, when the yeasts are expelled and the expedition liquor is added.
