Cava Anna de Codorníu Brut Nature

Anna de Codorníu Brut Nature was the first cava to introduce the Chardonnay variety in its blend. We also find the varieties Parellada (15%), Xarel.lo and Macabeo (15%).

Preparation and aging

Anna de Codorníu Brut Nature owes its name to the first-born of the family and heir to the Can Codorníu farmhouse, who married the winegrower Miquel Raventós in 1659.

It has a fermentation and aging process at about 12-15ºC in the bottle and in contact with the yeasts, with which they remain in contact until disgorging and the liquor is added.
