Casal de Armán Blanco 2023 is a white wine from Ribeiro DO made by Bodegas Casal de Armán.

For the production of its red and white wines, Casal de Armán has 20 hectares of vineyards of native varieties: Treixadura, Godello, Albariño, Loureira for the white varieties, and Brencellao, Caiño and Sousón for the red varieties. .

Preparation and aging

The Casal de Armán Blanco 2023 is made with the Treixadura 90%, Godello 5% and Albariño 5% varieties. Selection in the vineyard. Pre-fermentative cold maceration of whole grapes. Pneumatic pressing with must separation. Static desludging.

Fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel. Rest in tank for 9 months.
