Carmelo Rodero TSM 2021 is a red wine from the DO Ribera del Duero made by the Carmelo Rodero winery.

Bodegas Rodero has 120 hectares of its own Tempranillo grape vineyards, with which they make their oak, aging and reserve red wines.

Preparation and aging

Carmelo Rodero TSM 2021 is made from grapes of the Tinta del País variety (75%), Cabernet Sauvignon (10%) and Merlot (15%) from its own vineyards that are more than 40 years old. Traditional production was carried out with monitoring of fermentation and maceration control in temperature and phenolic compounds.

Finally, this wine was aged for 18 months in 100% French oak barrels less than 2 years old.
