Breca 2019

Breca 2019 is a magnificent red wine with plenty of personality, a profile highly praised by critics.

The Breca winery, located in Munébrega (Zaragoza), is part of the renowned Jorge Ordoñez Group, a group that owns several wineries in various Spanish regions.

Preparation and aging

Breca 2019 is 100% made with the Garnacha Tinta variety. The grapes come from old vineyards planted between 1925 and 1945, on the tops of 900m hills, in clay soils of decomposed slate. The vineyards grow under a very dry continental climate, with great thermal contrasts and frost during the winter months. The production of Breca begins with a harvest and manual selection at the table. Subsequently, fermentation is carried out in a stainless steel tank and maceration for between ten and twelve days at a temperature of 26-28C.

The last step of Breca is aging in barrels for about 12-14 months.
