Brandy Cardenal Mendoza has been on the market for more than one hundred years. Its peculiar characteristics of aromas and flavors, and its great personality, make this bottle an irreplaceable presence in all markets.

Sánchez Romate Hnos, with more than 200 years, is one of the oldest wineries in Spain. Today it is one of the few wineries in Jerez that remains in the hands of Jerez families.

Elaboration

Brandy Cardenal Mendoza is made from the best holandas de alquitaras, aged using the traditional system of soleras and criaderas. This set of casks are previously winened in Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez, and form one of the largest Solera Gran Reserva wineries. Bodegas Romate carries out a very careful winemaking process using palomino, airén and Pedro Ximénez grapes, with the white albariza soil and the climate of Western Andalusia. Aging takes place in American oak barrels and distillation in copper alquitaras, the system of soleras and criaderas.

All these traditional methods coexist with new technologies to obtain an excellent, quality product.
