Borsao Berola 2018

Borsao Berola 2018 is made with Garnacha and Shyra varieties and with Campo de Borja designation of origin.

Bodegas Borsao has been making wines in the Campo de Borja DO since 1981.

Preparation and aging

Borsao Berola 2018 is a blend of Garnacha (80%) and Shyra (20%) varieties. The grapes come from vineyards between 35 and 60 years old. Both varieties are found at an altitude of 600-700 meters. Maceration lasts a total of 3 days. Later, each variety ferments separately at a controlled temperature of 22-26ºC.

The aging lasts a total of 14 months in Bordeaux French and American oak barrels.
